I spent four weeks analysing 30 non-fiction authors’ Instagram accounts during their book launches (with lots of help from @harrietmathie 🤩). Some really clear patterns emerged - the kind you only discover when you properly step back and look across lots of data. While the focus was on authors, the insights are just as useful if you’re launching a product, service or business.
